We accept payment via PayPal, bank transfer, and other platforms stated at checkout. Payment must be completed before orders are processed.

4. Shipping

We ship from the United Kingdom using Royal Mail and other courier services.
Processing time is typically within 48 hours of payment confirmation.
Shipping costs vary based on package size, weight, and destination.
Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, VAT, or import duties charged by their country.

5. No Refunds or Returns

Please read carefully:

We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances, including:

Change of mind
Delayed delivery due to courier issues
Minor packaging damage
Duplicates in random pulls or official sets

All items are final sale unless significantly not as described. If you receive the wrong item or a defective product, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving the parcel via email at emma.emmm01@gmail.com, including:

Your order ID
Clear photos of the item and packaging
Description of the issue

We will assess the situation and advise whether replacement or partial resolution is possible on a case-by-case basis.

6. European Union Buyers

In accordance with the EU 14-day cooling-off period, digital or customized goods are not eligible for cancellation once shipped.
Due to the nature of K-pop merchandise (random pulls, limited editions), our shop qualifies under exemptions to standard return rights.
