Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Postage Calculation

Shipping fees shown at checkout are estimates only.

The final shipping cost will be calculated prior to dispatch based on:

  • Parcel weight
  • Package size
  • Destination country

If there is any difference, an additional payment request will be sent via email.

👉 Orders will only be shipped after full postage has been paid.


2. Order Consolidation & Split Shipping

  • Orders of the same category may be combined where possible
  • Orders may be split into multiple parcels due to:
    • Parcel size limitations
    • Safety considerations
    • Different product categories

Final shipping arrangements are determined to ensure safe delivery.


3. Shipping Timeframes

  • Official merchandise typically arrives 1–2 weeks after release
  • Dispatch time (from me to you): approx. 7–20 days
  • Delays caused by customs, holidays, weather, or carriers are beyond my control

⚠️ Please only place an order if you are comfortable with potential delays.


4. Tracking Information

  • Tracking numbers will be provided once your parcel has been shipped
  • Tracking updates may take 3–5 business days to appear

After customs clearance, tracking may continue on your local carrier’s website.


5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees are the responsibility of the customer
  • I am not responsible for parcels held, delayed, or charged by customs

6. Responsibility & Liability

  • Responsibility transfers to the customer once the parcel is shipped out
  • I am not responsible for:
    • Parcels lost during transit
    • Delays caused by logistics carriers
    • Parcels held or confiscated by customs

⚠️ By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with international shipping.


7. Lost Parcel Policy

  • If a parcel is confirmed lost during transit, only the shipping fee will be compensated
  • Product costs are not refundable or compensable

8. Returned / Unclaimed Parcels

If a parcel is:

  • Refused by the recipient
  • Not collected
  • Returned due to failed delivery

👉 It will be sent back to the logistics warehouse.

To arrange reshipment:

  • Customers must pay:
    • Return handling fee
    • Reshipping fee

⏳ If payment is not completed within 1 month, the parcel will be disposed of by the warehouse without refund.


9. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing an order
  • Once confirmed, the address cannot be changed

I am not responsible for loss or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
