PART 1Before You Order

Please read the product description and shop policies carefully before purchasing.

All key information (pre-order status, estimated arrival, inclusions, payment terms, etc.) is listed on the product page.

👉 Placing an order means you agree to the policies below.

If you are uncomfortable with long wait times or proxy purchasing, please order with caution.

 

PART 2Product Type & Pre-orders

 

Proxy Purchasing (Important)

 All items are proxy-purchased goods, including official Korean/Japanese merch, albums, POP-UP exclusives, etc.

  • No cancellations, returns, or refunds once the order is placed
  • Orders follow the official production and release schedule

 

Pre-orders

  • Pre-order items do not ship immediately
  • Orders are shipped in the order they were placed once stock arrives
  • IG Highlight “Arrival & Shipping” is used for arrival updates

 

“Preparing order” means the item is waiting for stock or waiting to be shipped out by me.

PART 3Payments

Payment Methods

 In addition to website checkout, the following methods are accepted by arrangement:

  • PayPal Friends & Family (F&F)
  • Bank Transfer

Screenshot(s) are required as proof. Written explanations or notes are not accepted

PayPal Goods & Services (G&S) is not accepted.

 

This is a proxy purchasing arrangement, not a retail transaction.

 

 Deposits & Custom Orders

  • A 20% non-refundable deposit may be used to reserve an item
  • Holding period: up to 1 month
  • Unpaid balance after 1 month → order cancelled, deposit forfeited

 

Custom / made-to-order items require full payment before order creation.

Verbal or informal reservations are not accepted.

 

 

PART 4Shipping & Postage

Postage Calculation

 

Shipping fees at checkout are estimated.

Before shipment, actual postage is calculated based on parcel weight, size, and destination.

If there is a difference, an additional payment request will be sent by email.

 

Orders are shipped out by me only after full postage is paid.

 

Order Consolidation / Split Shipping

  • Orders of the same category may be combined where possible
  • Orders may be split into multiple parcels due to:
    • parcel size
    • safety considerations
    • different item categories

Final shipping arrangements are determined based on safe delivery.

 

 

Shipping Timeframes

  • Official merch usually arrives 1–2 weeks after release
  • Delivery time after being shipped out by me: approx. 7–20 days
  • Delays caused by customs, holidays, weather, or carriers are beyond control

 

PART 5Order Status & Tracking

 

Official Order Progress (Supplier → Me)

 

Updates on official order progress (whether the supplier has shipped the item and whether it has been received by me) are available via the

Please check the bio link first before sending inquiries about official order progress.

 

 

Tracking Information (Me → You)

 

Tracking numbers are provided after the order is shipped out by me.

The same tracking link can also be found in the second link in my Instagram bio, or in the “Track” section of the main menu on my website.

 

If tracking does not appear immediately, please allow 3–5 days for system updates.

After customs clearance, tracking may continue on your local carrier’s website.

Carrier information will be shown in the order page after the order is shipped out by me.

 

PART 6Address & Responsibility

  • Please double-check your address before ordering
  • Once confirmed, the address is considered final

 

Loss, delay, or return caused by incorrect or incomplete address information is not covered.

 

 

PART 7Damage & Disclaimer

  • Responsibility ends once the order is shipped out by me
  • Logistics-related loss or damage after shipment is not covered
